Standard class structure
Classes are based on classical Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga. It aims at working essentially on your spine, your internal organs, and coordinating mind and body systems. It will also strengthen your mind and your body.
After letting go of all tensions, the class starts with breathing exercises to clear the mind and improve concentration. It is followed by warm-up exercises to prepare for a sequence of postures called Asanas. To get a maximum benefit of the session, it always ends with a final restorative relaxation. The Asanas follow a defined sequence to stimulate the different chakras and organs, depending on your pace and your needs. |

Classes take place at your home for 1, 2 or 3 participants... When? Yoga can be done anytime of the day, but the practice will be different depending on the time and on the season. Preferably on an empty stomach. How? All you need is comfortable clothing, a Yoga mat and a cushion to sit on. Duration: 60 to 90 min long, depending on your needs.
